Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Dichtungselement (4) für einen Lüftungskanal, insbesondere Wohnraumlüftungskanal, welches Dichtungselement (4) umfänglich geschlossen in einem elastischen Material ausgebildet ist und an seiner inneren Mantelfläche (7) wenigstens einen umlaufenden Abdichtungsvorsprung (6, 6‘) sowie an seiner äußeren Mantelfläche (10) eine umlaufende Abdichtungsnut (9) aufweist, welche Abdichtungsnut (9) in einer Richtung etwa parallel zu einer Erstreckung der äußeren Mantelfläche (10) öffnet. Weiterhin vorgeschlagen wird ein Lüftungssystem mit Dichtung, bei dem zwischen zwei Lüftungskanalelementen ein solches Dichtungselement angeordnet ist, sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Lüftungssystems unter Verwendung eines solchen Dichtungselements.
