Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Düsensystem (100) für eine Bandschwebeanlage (300) zum schwebenden Führen eines bandförmigen Materials (101). Ein Düsenkörper (102), welcher entlang einer Förderrichtung (103) des bandförmigen Materials (101), welches innerhalb einer Bandlaufebene beförderbar ist, weist einen vorderen Randbereich (104) und einen, gegenüber diesem liegenden hinteren Randbereich (105) auf. Eine vordere Gasdüsenanordnung (110) ist an dem vorderen Randbereich (104) derart angeordnet, dass ein vorderer Gasstrahl (111) in Richtung der Bandlaufebene zum Bilden eines Schwebedüsenfelds (106) für das bandförmige Material (101) strömbar ist. Eine hintere Gasdüsenanordnung (120) ist an dem hinteren Randbereich (105) derart angeordnet, dass ein hinterer Gasstrahl (121) in Richtung der Bandlaufebene zum Bilden des Schwebedüsenfelds (106) für das bandförmige Material (101) strömbar ist. Eine Düsenanordnung (130) ist in Förderrichtung (103) vor der vorderen Gasdüsenanordnung (110) oder hinter der hinteren Gasdüsenanordnung (120) angeordnet, wobei die Düsenanordnung (130) derart eingerichtet ist, dass ein flüssiges Fluid in einem Fluidstrahl (131) in das Schwebedüsenfeld (106) in Richtung der Bandlaufebene zum Temperieren des bandförmigen Materials strömbar ist.
