Abstract

Ein Bügelverschluss für eine Öffnung einer Flasche (32), insbesondere einer Bierflasche, umfasst einen U-förmigen Bügel (2), an dessen zwei zueinander beabstandete Schenkel (3) verbindenden Steg (4) ein Verschlussstück (5) mit einer Dichtfläche (10) an mindestens einem Flaschenansatz (24) angeordnet ist, wobei die beiden Schenkel (3) an ihren freien Enden hakenförmige Abwinklungen (6) aufweisen, die in Ösen (7) einer Handhabe (8) eingreifen, die in Befestigungshaken (9) übergeht, wobei die Handhabe (8) aus einer geöffneten in eine geschlossene Lage schwenkbar ist. In die Ösen (7) der Handhabe (8) ist ein Drahtbügel (36) einer umfangsseitig gegen einen Flaschenhals (33) anlegbaren Stelleinrichtung (11) oder Federeinrichtung (18) eingehängt, wobei sich die Stelleinrichtung (11) oder die Federeinrichtung (18) in einer an der Flasche (32) montierten Gebrauchslage mit einem Ende an der Umfangsseite des Flaschenhalses (33) abstützt und die Handhabe (8) in Richtung der Flasche (32) vorspannt.
