Abstract
Denitrierungskatalysatoreinheit, umfassend zwei oder mehr plattenförmige Katalysatorelemente (A,B), wobei das plattenförmige Katalysatorelement (A,B) einen Rand, der sich auf der Gaseinströmseite befindet, einen Rand, der sich auf der Gasausströmseite befindet, und Ränder, die sich auf beiden Seiten des plattenförmigen Katalysatorelements (A,B) befinden, aufweist, wobei die plattenförmigen Katalysatorelemente (A,B) so gestapelt sind, dass die Ränder, die sich auf der Gaseinströmseite befinden, und die Ränder, die sich jeweils auf einer Seite der plattenförmigen Katalysatorelemente (A,B) befinden, aufeinander ausgerichtet sind, wobei jedes der plattenförmigen Katalysatorelemente (A,B) abwechselnd mehr als ein Flachteil (1) in Form einer flachen Platte und mehr als ein konkav-konvexes Teil (2) in Form von plattenförmigen konvexen Streifen auf der Ober- und Unterseite (3,3‘) aufweist, wobei die plattenförmigen konvexen Streifen parallel zueinander stehen und in einem Winkel θ von nicht weniger als 50° und nicht mehr als 85° zu einer Erstreckungsrichtung des Rands, der sich auf der Gaseinströmseite des plattenförmigen Katalysatorelements befindet, schräg angeordnet sind, so dass sich ein Grat des plattenförmigen konvexen Streifens auf der Oberseite (3) eines der plattenförmigen Katalysatorelemente (A,B) mit einem Grat des plattenförmigen konvexen Streifens auf der Unterseite (3‘) eines anderen der benachbarten plattenförmigen Katalysatorelemente (A,B) schneidet, wobei mindestens einer der Schnittpunkte (6,6‘) innerhalb eines Bereichs x von mehr als 0 mm und weniger als 25 mm einwärts von dem Rand liegt, der sich auf der Gaseinströmseite des plattenförmigen Katalysatorelements (A,B) befindet.
