Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen von überlagerten Distanz- und Intensitätsbildern sind eine Distanzbildmessanordnung (1) und eine Intensitätsbildmessanordnung (2) vorgesehen, die über eine Distanzstrahlungsquelle (4) und eine Intensitätsstrahlungsquelle (11) sowie über eine Distanzdetektionseinheit (7) und eine Intensitätsdetektionseinheit (14) verfügen. Distanzmessstrahlung (AD) aus der Distanzstrahlungsquelle (4) und Intensitätsmessstrahlung (Ai) aus der Intensitätsstrahlungsquelle (11) beaufschlagen über eine gemeinsam benutzte Strahlungsablenkeinheit (16) einen Bereich einer Oberfläche (8) eines Messobjekts (9). Die optischen Komponenten der Distanzbildmessanordnung (1) und der Intensitätsbildmessanordnung (2) sind in einer festen räumlichen Beziehung zueinander auf einer Trägerstruktur (3) angebracht. Dadurch sind Distanzbilder und Intensitätsbilder optisch ortstreu überlagert und lassen qualitativ hochwertige Echtzeitbildaufnahmen zu.
