Abstract

Eine Bearbeitungseinheit (10) für eine selbstfahrende Vorrichtung zur Kantenbearbeitung bereits verbauter Bordsteine (B) umfasst einen Werkzeugträger (11), eine Tasteinrichtung (12) mit mindestens einem Tastrad (13) zum Abrollen auf einer obenliegenden Oberfläche (O) verbauter Bordsteine (B), welche mit dem Werkzeugträger (11) gekoppelt ist, und ein rotierendes Fräswerkzeug (50), das an dem Werkzeugträger (11) angeordnet und um eine Vertikalachse (V) drehbar ist, wobei das rotierende Fräswerkzeug (50) eine profilierte Rotationsfläche (51) zum Eingriff mit einer Bordsteinkante (K) aufweist und das rotierende Fräswerkzeug (50) selbst eine Seitenführung der Bearbeitungseinheit (10) entlang der Bordsteine (B) gewährleistet. Weiterhin werden eine selbstfahrende Vorrichtung mit einer solchen Bearbeitungseinheit (10) und ein Kantenbearbeitungsverfahren angegeben.
