Abstract

Vorrichtung und Verfahren zur Bewertung der auf ein Immobilienobjekt (1) einwirkenden solaren Bedingungen, umfassend eine Sonde (2), die zur Bestimmung ihrer 3- dimensionalen Position und ihrer 3-dimensionalen Ausrichtung ausgebildet ist, wobei die Sonde (2) einen Positionssensor (3) und einen Ausrichtungssensor (9) umfasst und wobei die Sonde (2) zur Anordnung an einem Immobilienobjekt (1) ausgebildet ist, beispielsweise über einen mit dem Immobilienobjekt (1) verbundenen oder verbindbaren Träger (7). Die Sonde (2) oder eine mit der Sonde (2) direkt oder über einen lokalen Knotenpunkt (4) eines Netzwerks verbundene Datenverarbeitungseinheit ist dazu ausgebildet, eine geografische Datenbank (6) mit topologischen Daten abzufragen, ihre ermittelte Position und Ausrichtung mit den topologischen Daten zu verknüpfen, und, gegebenenfalls durch Abfrage einer externen Berechnungseinheit, eine Kenngröße zur Beurteilung der auf das Immobilienobjekt (1) einwirkenden solaren Bedingungen zu bestimmen, sowie die Kenngröße auszugeben oder an eine Speicher­ oder Ausgabeeinheit des Servers (5) oder des Clients (8) zu übermitteln
