Description

   Die Zeichnung zeigt in Fig. 1 beispielsweise eine solche Mischmaschine mit einer Förderschnecke und einer Mischschnecke im Schnitte nach der Linie    X--X   der Fig. 2 ;
 EMI1.1

  Mixing machine for powdery and granular materials.

   Mixing machines are already known in which the powdery or granular materials are mixed by means of upright screws. The auger conveys the material to be mixed up in the middle of the container and lets it swell out over the surface of the material, where it is then distributed over the entire mixing container.

   The present invention aims at a faster and more intimate mixing of the material to be mixed in such a way that one or more mixing screws S, which have different pitches, are wound around the actual, same diameter or conical conveyor screw A over the entire height or only partially , as the screw A and cause a displacement of the material to be mixed upwards by the middle screw A, so that when the material swells out over its surface in the container B, the mixing is already partially complete, i.e. H. the product has already been premixed between the snails.

   In FIG. 1, the drawing shows, for example, such a mixing machine with a conveyor screw and a mixing screw in sections along the line X-X in FIG. 2;
 EMI1.1

   The inner screw conveyor is conical at the top, the outer mixing screw has a constant outer diameter and its pitch is less than that of the inner screw. The inner conveyor screw removes the mix from the outer mixing screw, which is followed by new flow from the container. Mixing takes place between the two screws, which is already completed by the above distribution of the mixed material over the entire surface of the container. While in the above-mentioned known mixing machines, the entire contents of the container must be repositioned several times if a good and intimate mixture of the often heterogeneous materials is to be achieved.

   The drive is carried out in the usual way by means of wheel controls

   The screws can be of any shape and pitch, which corresponds to the respective purpose, type and quantity of the mix and the space available.

  With high head z. B. the pitch of the two screws large, at low altitude the slope of the inner screw large and the outer screw small.

   In the embodiment of the subject matter of the invention shown in the drawing, the mixing is accelerated by mixing arms M arranged on the screw thread of the mixing screw.
