Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Maschinenstickerei.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Maschinenstickerei nach Patent Nr. 53184- und besteht darin, dass zwischen der Einwirkung des Stanzwerkes des Lochapparates auf die Karte und der Einwirkung der soeben in die Karte geschlagenen Löcher auf das Stellwerk des Automaten keine Verschiebung der Jacquardkarte in Längsrichtung stattfindet.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem iusführungsbeispiel schematisch dargestellt.
1 Ist der Automat und 2 sind die aus dem Kasten des Automaten heraustretenden Stössel des Stellwerkes. 3 ist die eine Trommel des Lochapparates und 4 ist das Stanzwerk desselben, weiches die Stanzen 5 besitzt. 6 ist die Karte bzw. dr Kartenstreifen, aus dem durch Ausstanzung der Löcher die Karte hergestellt wird. Uieser Kartenstreifen 6 geht zwischen den Stösseln 2 und den Stanzen 5 hindurch, wobei Stössel und Stanzen auf verschiedenen Seiten des Kartenstreifens einander in gleicher Höhe gegenüberliegen. Die Karte läuft über die Rolle 7 am Schlitten 8, der in bekannter Weise hin und her hewegt wird.
Die Arbeitsweise dieser Vorrichtung ist folgende : Die Karte 6 wird ruckweise in der l'feilrichtung verschoben. Bei jedem Stillstand wird sie zunächst mit Hilfe des Schlittens 6' gegen den Lochapparat 6 hin bewegt, wodurch die Stanzen 5 Löcher in den Kartenstreifen 6 stanzen. Hierauf wird die Karte in die gezeichnete Mittelstellung bewegt und hierauf gegen den Automat 1 hin, wodurch die soeben gestanzten Löcher in Einwirkung auf die Stössel 2 des Stellwerkes des Automaten 1 gelangen. Zwischen der Einwirkung der Stanzen 5 auf die Karte 6 und der Einwirkung der Karte C auf die Stössel : 2 findet keine Verschiebung der Karte, d. h. Bewegung in Längsrichtung statt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Maschinenstrickerei nach Patent Nr. 53184, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Einwirkung des Stanzwerkes des Lochapparates auf die Karte und der Einwirkung der soeben in die Karte geschlagene Löcher auf das Stellwerk des Automaten keine Verschiebung der Jacquardkarte in Längsrichtung stattfindet.

The invention relates to a device for the production of machine embroidery according to patent no. 53184- and consists in the fact that between the action of the punching mechanism of the punching device on the card and the action of the holes just punched in the card on the signal box of the machine no displacement of the Jacquard card takes place lengthways.
