   Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zur Herstellung gemusterter bzw. mischfarbiger Samte und besteht darin, dass zur Erzielung der Musterung bzw.   Mischfärbung   melierte oder geflammte Garne als Polfäden verwendet werden. Die fertig gewebte Ware wird hierauf wie gewöhnlicher Samt geschnitten, gebürstet und geschoren und braucht keinen   Färbe- oder Druckprozess   mehr   durchzumachen.   Der fertige Samt weist eine der Melierung oder Flammung des als Polfaden verwendeten Garnes entsprechende Musterung bzw.   Mischf rbung   auf, wodurch eine grosse   Variationsfähigkeit   in der Herstellung derartiger Samte erzielt wird.
