  Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Mundstückbelag für Zigaretten. 



   Man hat schon vorgeschlagen, den Mundstückbelag von Zigaretten auf den Hülsenstreifen im Arbeitsgang der Zigarettenmaschine in der Weise herzustellen, dass man ein entsprechendes Gemisch, z B. aus Metallpulver (Gold und Silber und dgl.), und einem   flüssigen   Bindemittel mittels Walzen aufträgt. Jedoch war es zumeist üblich, die Mundstücke durch besondere Belegapparate herzustellen.

   Das Verfahren zur Herstellung des   Mundstuckbelages   auf den   Hnlsenstreifon   vor der Bildung der eigentlichen Hülsen im Arbeitsgang der Zigarettenmaschine erfordert einen verhältnismässig langsamen Gang der   Zigarettenmaecbine.

Das Wesen des neuen Verfahrens besteht darin, dass abstandsweise der   Mundstückbelag,   bestehend aus einem Gemisch eines flüssigen Bindemittels und Metallpulver (Gold, Silber und dgl.) durch Aufspritzen auf eine breite Zigarettenpapierbahn vor ihrer Unterteilung in die schmalen Hülsenstreifen aufgebracht wird. 



   Eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens kann etwa in der Weise ausgebildet sein, dass eine die Zigarettenpapierbahn tragende Spule, von welcher aus die Abwicklung und die Führung der Papierbahn erfolgt, über einem schrägen Tisch angeordnet ist, vor welchem sich eine Spritzvorrichtung befindet, die periodisch geschaltet werden kann und mit einem Behälter in Verbindung   steht, der die düssige Mundstuckmasse,   z. B. Metallpulver und ein flüssige   Bindenlttf'l, enthält.   



   Es wird also die Zigarettenpapierbahn vor der Unterteilung in   bobines   abstandsweise gemäss der   Zigaretten länge   mit   1\1uodstückstreifen   bespritzt, so dass das sonst erforderliche nachträgliche   belegen   nicht notwendig ist.
