Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Harzleimersatzes bei der Papierleimung.
Es ist bereits bekannt, zwecks Herstellung eines Harzleimersatzes Pflanzenleim mit anderen Papierleimungsmitteln, insbesondere Harzseife oder tierischem Leim zu mengen.
Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Harzleimersatzes, das besonders in wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht wesentliche Vorteile bietet und darin besteht, dass durch Kochen von Harz mit Alkali erhaltene Harzseife mit durch kaltes Verrühren von Kartoffelmehl mit kaustischer Sodalösung erhaltenem Pflanzenleim bei 900 vermengt und diesem Gemisch schliesslich noch tierischer Leim einverleibt wird.
Bei der Herstellung des Mittels verfährt man folgendermassen : 1440 kg Harz werden gekocht und demselben 75 Soda, kalziniert mit 60 l Wasser, zugegeben. Nach fünfstündiger Kochung stellt man den Dampf ab und gibt 58 kg kaustische Soda, in 60 bis 65 l Wasser gelöst, zu.

The subject matter of the present invention is a process for the production of a resin glue substitute, which offers significant advantages in particular from an economic point of view and consists in that resin soap obtained by boiling resin with alkali is mixed with vegetable glue obtained by cold stirring of potato flour with caustic soda solution and this Mixture is finally incorporated into animal glue.
