  Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Regulierung der Temperatur von Heissdampf. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein   Verfahren   mit Vorrichtung zur Regulierung der Temperatur dos   Heissdampfes   bei gleichzeitiger Schonung der Überhitzerrohre vor   schädlicher   Erhitzung. 



   Diese beiden Zwecke werden dadurch erreicht, dass der Sattdampf auf dem Wege von dem   Dampfkessel zum Überhitzer   durch einen   aubier   geleitet wird, in welchem er je nach Bedarf gekühlt wird. Steigt die Temperatur des Heissdampfes über die erlaubte Grenze, so wird dem Kühler Wasser zugeführt, wodurch ein Teil des Dampfes kondensiert, so dass der Überhitzer nicht nur den Dampf überhitzen, sondern auch das Kondenswasser von neuem verdampfen muss. Dadurch wird einerseits der Überhitzer hinreichend gekühlt, andererseits sinkt die Temperatur des   Heizdampfes.   



   Die Kühlung des Sattdampfes erfolgt durch einen beliebig konstruierten Kühler. Als Kühlwasser kann jedes Wasser, insbesondere aber Kesselspeisewasser benutzt werden. 



  Der Zufluss des Kühlwassers in den Kühler wird nach der Temperatur des Heissdampfes durch einen Hahn oder Ventil entweder von Hand oder automatisch durch einen der bekannten   Tbermostate   reguliert. 



   Durch diese Einrichtung soll die bisher übliche Einspritzung von Wasser in den Überllitzer vermieden werden, welche manche unangenehme Folgen hatte, besonders auch die Verstopfung des   Überhitzflrs   durch Kesselstein. In diesem Falle ist solch eine Verstopfung des Überhitzers nicht möglich, da in ihn nur reines Kondenswasser gelangt. 



   In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung   schematisch m   zwei Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellt. Fig. 1 ist die Vorrichtung mit an der Sattdampfleitung angebrachtem Kühler,

   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Regulierung der Temperatur von Heissdampf, dadurch   gekenn-   zeichnet, dass der vom Kessel anlangende Sattdampf vor Eintritt in den   Überhitzer   durch   emen   Kühler je nach Bedarf   gekühlt wird, wodurch   ein Teil des Dampfes kondensiert, so   dass   der Überhitzer nicht nur den Dampf überhitzen, sondern ausserdem auch das   Kondenswasser von neuem verdampfen muss ;   wobei je nach dem Grade der Abkühlung des Sattdampfes die Temperatur des heissdampfes sich ändert.

   The invention relates to a method with a device for regulating the temperature of the superheated steam while at the same time protecting the superheater tubes from harmful heating.



   Both of these purposes are achieved in that the saturated steam is passed through an aubier on the way from the steam boiler to the superheater, in which it is cooled as required. If the temperature of the superheated steam rises above the permitted limit, water is fed to the cooler, whereby part of the steam condenses, so that the superheater not only superheats the steam, but also has to evaporate the condensed water again. As a result, on the one hand the superheater is adequately cooled, on the other hand the temperature of the heating steam drops.



   The saturated steam is cooled by a cooler of any design. Any water, especially boiler feed water, can be used as cooling water.



  The flow of cooling water into the cooler is regulated according to the temperature of the superheated steam by a tap or valve, either manually or automatically by one of the known thermostats.



   This device is intended to avoid the hitherto customary injection of water into the Überllitzer, which had some unpleasant consequences, in particular the clogging of the superheated flame with scale. In this case, such a clogging of the superheater is not possible, since only pure condensed water gets into it.
