Heissdampf-Temperaturregler.
Dir Erfindung betrifft einen Dampfüberhitzer mit Einrichtung zur Regelung der Heiss- dampftbs eraturen und besteht darin, dass eine oder mehrere Überhitzerkammnrn zugleich als Oberflächenkühler ausgebildet sind. Hiedurch wird die Anordnung eines besonderen Kühlers überflüssig. Die Regelung der Heissdampftemperatur vollzieht sich im Überhitzersystem selbst, also vor Austritt des Heissdampfes aus der oberen Dampfsammelkammer.
Diese Massnahme hat vor allem den Zweck, den Heissdampf schon während des Überhitzungsvorganges auf jede gewünschte Temperatur einzustellen, um ein Verbrennen der Überhitzerschlangen zu vermeiden. Ein weiterer sehr wesentlicher Vorteil gegenüber den bekannten mit besonderem Kühler versehenen Üb3rhitzern besteht in dem Wegfall der Ver- bindungsloitung zwischen Überhitzerkammer und Kühler und damit Vormeidung nicht zu unterschätzender Druckverluste. Leichte Zugänglichkeit und bequeme Bedienung gehören zu den weiteren Vorzügen. Der neue Regler ist in einer Ausführungsform in Fig. 1 und 2 im Quer- und Längsschnitt dargestellt. Die obere Überhitzerkammer ist durch eine Scheidewand in zwei Teile geteilt, von denen der eine Teil dem Eintritt des Sattdampfes, der andere dem Austritt des Heissdampfes dient.

The invention relates to a steam superheater with a device for regulating the hot steam temperatures and consists in the fact that one or more superheater combs are simultaneously designed as surface coolers. This eliminates the need for a special cooler. The control of the hot steam temperature takes place in the superheater system itself, i.e. before the hot steam emerges from the upper steam collecting chamber.
The main purpose of this measure is to set the superheated steam to any desired temperature during the overheating process in order to prevent the superheater coils from burning. Another very important advantage over the known superheaters provided with a special cooler is the omission of the connecting line between the superheater chamber and the cooler and thus avoidance of pressure losses that should not be underestimated. Easy accessibility and convenient operation are further advantages. The new controller is shown in one embodiment in Fig. 1 and 2 in cross and longitudinal section.
