Description

  

      Dampfüberhitzer    mit Einrichtung zur Regelung der     Heilidampftempei#atur.       Die Erfindung     betrifft    einen     Dampfüber-          hitzer    mit Einrichtung zur     1tegeliing    der       Heir)dampftemperatur,    bei dein     wenigstens     eine     Überhitzerkammer    zugleich als Ober  flächenkühler ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch kann  die Anordnung     eines        besonderen        Kühlers     vermieden werden.

   Der zu überhitzende Dampf  wird derart geleitet,     daf.;    die     Kühlung    im       Überhitzer    selbst, also vor Austritt aus dem  selben sich vollzieht.  



  Der neue     Dampfüberhitzer    ist in einer  beispielsweisen     Ausführungsform        auf    der  Zeichnung in     Fig.    1 und 2 in Quer- und       Längsschnitt    dargestellt.

   Die obere     Über-          hitzerkammer    ist durch eine     Scheidewand     in zwei Teile c und     d    geteilt, von denen der  Teil c dem Eintritt des     Sattdampfes,    und  der andere d dem Austritt des Heissdampfes  dient.     lach        Durchströmen    des     Röhrenbündels     a tritt der teilweise überhitzte     Dainpf    in die  untere     Dampfsamnielkamnier    e, die als     Ober-          flächenkühler    mit zwei übereinander liegenden  Rohrbündeln ausgebildet ist.

   Der Eintritt des       Wassers    in das untere     Rohrbündel    erfolgt    durch den Rohrstutzen     f'    und der Austritt  aus dein obern Rohrbündel durch den Stutzen       g.    Von der     Eintrittseite    strömt der Dampf  dem     untern    Rohrbündel entlang nach der       @lustrittseite    (in der     Pfeilrichtung).    Von da  gelangt der Dampf durch das     Röhrenbündel    h  in den Teil     d    der obern Ü     berhitzerkammer.     



  Der Heildampf kann schon     während    des  Ü     berhitzungsv    organfies auf einer Temperatur  gehalten werden, die ein Verbrennen der       Überhitzerschlangen    verhindert. Ein weiterer  Vorteil des in der Zeichnung dargestellten       Cberhitzers    gegenüber bekannten mit beson  derem Kühler     versehenen    Ü     berhitzern    besteht  in dem Wegfall der Verbindungsleitung zwi  schen     Überhitzerkamnicr    und Kühler und da  mit verbundener Druckverluste.

   Leichte Zu  bequeme       g        iiiigliehkeit        i        der        einzelnen        Teile        und          Bedienung    bilden weitere Vorzüge des beschrie  benen     Dampfüberhitzers.

   The upper superheater chamber is divided into two parts c and d by a partition, of which part c is used for the inlet of the saturated steam and the other d for the outlet of the superheated steam. After flowing through the tube bundle a, the partially overheated steam enters the lower steam chamber e, which is designed as a surface cooler with two tube bundles lying one above the other.

   The entry of the water into the lower tube bundle takes place through the pipe socket f 'and the exit from your upper tube bundle through the socket g. From the inlet side the steam flows along the lower tube bundle to the outlet side (in the direction of the arrow).
