Die Erfindung betrifft einen Geruchverschluss für Aborte und dgl. und besteht darin, dass durch Verdrehung des Gehäuses der Geruchverschluss aufgehoben und ein den freien

geschaltet wird.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Geruchverschluss gemäss der Erfindung im Schnitt in zwei verschiedenen Stellungen, und zwar in Fig. 1 a) s Waaserverschluss und in Fig. 2 als Trockenklosett dargestellt.
An das Abortbecken A ist der beispielsweise als kugelförmiges Gehäuse G ausgeführte Geruchverschluss angeschlossen, welcher in bekannter Weise die schrägen Wände B trägt, von denen die eine an der oberen Gehäusewandung und die andere an der unteren Gehäusewandung angeschlossen ist. Neben diesem oberen und unteren Anschluss sind durch Deckel D verschliessbare Öffnungen I und III derart angebracht, dass sie dem durch die Wände B gebildeten Raum gegenüberstehen. Gleich weite Öffnungen II und IV befinden sich an der Einmündung des Abortbeckens A bzw. des Ahfallrohres F in das Gehäuse G.
Soll der Wasserverschluss entleert, demnach ein Trockenklosett hergestellt werden, so wird eine solche Drehung des Gehäuses ( ; vorgenommen, dass die Öffnung I unterhalb des Abortbeckens und die Öffnung III oberhalb des Abfallrohres zu liegen kommt, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, wobei die Deckel D von den Öffnungen I und III weggenommen und auf die Öffnungen II bzw. IV aufgelegt werden. Die Fäkalien können nun unmittelbar aus dem Becken A zwischen den Wänden B in das Abfallrohr F gelangen.
PATENT ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Geruchverschluss für Aborte und dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Ver- drehung des Gehäuses der Geruchverschluss aufgehoben und ein den freien Durchtritt der
Fäkalien ermöglichender Durchlass zwecks Herstellung eines Trockenklosetts ein- geschaltet wird.
