Knöpfe mit auswechselbarem Stoffüberzug. bei welchen die die Stoffbezüge tragenden und den Knopfkörper bildenden Teile durch einen Schraubenbolzen samt Mutterstück miteinander verbunden werden, sind bekannt. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf solche Knöpfe und besteht darin, dass das Mutterstück in einer Austiefung der oberen Knopfplatte gelagert und die untere Knopfplatte mit Spitzen versehen ist, die in den Stoffbezug eindringen, so dass beim Zusammenschrauben der beiden Knopfplatten der Stoff straff gespannt wird.
Weiters ist erfindungsgemäss die untere Knopfplatte (Fig. 4 und 5) mit einer nach innen geprägten Ver- stärkungsrille versehen, welche bewirkt, dass die mit den Befestigungsspitzen versehene Zwischenplatte den Stoff in die Knopfhülse zieht, bevor derselbe am Rande der Knopfhülse eingepresst wird. Endlich sind noch Massnahmen gegen Durchscheuern des Stoffes an der Annähöse und gegen unbeabsichtigtes Zurückdrehen der Schraubenöse vorgesehen.
Fig. i der Zeichnung veranschaulicht den zusammengefügten Knopf im Schitte, Fig. 2 den Knopf mit Stoffüberzug und das als Bouton ausgestaltete Mutterstück, Fig. 3 den Knopf von unten gesehen. Fig. 4 und 5 eine andere Ausführungsform des Knopfes und Fig. 6 diesen Knopf von unten gesehen.
An der oberen Knopfplatte 1 ist eine Austiefung 2 und in deren Mitte ein Loch für die Schraube 10 angebracht. In diese Austiefung 2 wird ein Mutterstück 3 eingelagert. An der Platte 5 ist eine Sperrvorrichtung angebracht, welche das unbeabsichtigte Zurückdrehen der Schraube 10 verhindert. Diese Sperrvorrichtung besteht aus zwei um den Mittelpunkt der Einlageplatte 5 angebrachten, sanft aufsteigenden Nasen 8. hinter die die Öse 9 einspringt.
Gemäss der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 bis 6 ist eine Zwischenplatte 5 vorgesehen und die Sperrvorrichtung an der unteren Knopfplatte angebracht ; weiters ist an der Unterplatte 11 eine Verstärkungsrille 12 angeordnet. welche den Raum zwischen der in der Hülse eingelegten, mit den Befestigungsspitzen versehenen Zwischenplatte 5 ausfüllt und bewirkt, dass die Zwischenplatte 5 den Stoff in die Hülse zieht, bevor derselbe eingepresst wird.
Bei Anordnung eines Stoffüberzuges an der Unterplatte 11 wird ein Schutzscheibchen 13 aufgelegt, welches den Stoff heim. Andrehen der Schraube schützt und gleichzeitig mit der Sperrvorrichtung versehen ist.
