    Druckknopfbefestigung.

    Snap fastener.

The invention relates to a snap fastener by means of fastening tabs pressed out of the closure parts and penetrating the material and, compared to the previously known devices, consists in that the fastening tabs are fixed in an extremely secure manner, whereby a significant advance in terms of durability of the fastening is achieved compared to the known devices .

In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the snap fastener are illustrated.

According to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 (in longitudinal section, side view and plan), it is a matter of connecting the pane parts, for example a double button part a, b. The fastening tabs are pressed out of the disk part of the buttons a, b in a known manner and the tabs b 'of the button part b protrude through the fabric 8 and through the recesses of the same left free by the tabs a' of the button part a. The disc part of the button part a is also provided in a known manner next to the tabs a 'with indentations a ", which enable the latter to find space in these indentations a" when the flap ends are rolled up and not protrude too far beyond the disc surface.

Because the fastening tips are arranged on the discs on both sides of the fabric and these fastening tips are rolled up next to one another, the fastening has an increased degree of durability compared to the previously known device, according to which the fastening tips are only on one side of the fabric lying disc around the edge of the other disc or a slot edge of the same are simply bent.

In FIGS. 4, 5, 6 and 7, a further embodiment of the snap fastening is shown, the connection of two button parts lying on both sides of the fabric part s also being used.

In this embodiment, the fastening tabs of the abutment plate are not rolled over together with those guided through the joint. The fastening points g penetrating the material are deltoid-shaped, while the fastening elements g of the abutment plate usually lie in the same plane and are trapezoidal. The larger parallel side of the trapezoid forming the foot end of this tab t is wider than the fastening tongue penetrating the fabric, so that the latter can pass through the abutment plate by turning the tab t upwards.

As can be seen from Fig. 6, the fastening tongue i is as soon as it has passed through the fabric and the counter plate. with its lower part on the edge h of the cutout of the abutment plate corresponding to the tab i.

When the fastening tongues g are rolled in, the trapezoidal tabs are pressed back on the plane of the disk and at the foot of the deltoid-shaped tongues.
