Part board with known channels for the introduction of the binding agent for baling presses.
Part boards for straw presses with hand binding are known which contain transverse channels f i in the compressed material so that the binding agent to be used can easily be passed through them by means of a needle. After tying up and hey. squeezing out the bales, these part boards fall out between the bales and can without

are pressed in baling presses, so it is necessary to achieve uniform, durable bales to limit the bales laterally by boards or strips.
For this purpose, according to the invention, partial boards consisting of individual plates, which are provided with channels known per se, and whose individual plates, for the purpose of introduction into the Piesskanal and to maintain the insertion channels for the binding agent during the pressing process, are combined with one another by an easily1removable connection.

held together and introduced as a whole into the press channel. After the lacing around the bales, the part board can easily be dismantled again into the individual plates as a result of the simple pin-hole connection by pulling the bales apart, which remain on the bales as headboards.
Some embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing.
- According to FIGS. I and 2, two plates a, b are each provided with two transverse grooves c, which are produced by milling out the wooden boards. In one of the two individual panels a or b, pins d are expediently arranged at two opposite corners, which engage in corresponding holes in the other panel and in this way bring about a connection between the two boards.
Fig. 3 shows a part board which consists of two metal sheets a, b, in which the grooves c are formed by pressing or pressing.
It is useful to make the grooves c, instead of working them into the individual panels, in strips d (FIG. 4) and then to fasten these strips d on the plates. The pin-hole connection must then of course be arranged between the strips d.
Since both the constrictions for the preceding as well as for the following bale are pulled through the channels c of the partial board, the length of these channels c can result in the constrictions being swapped or looped.
To avoid this disadvantage, the channels c are expediently separated by an intermediate wall f (Fig. G and 6), so that in the adjacent individual plates a, b (Fig. 5), in the intermediate wall f (Fig. 6) or in both (FIG. 7) two channels g, h arise. The pin and hole connection must naturally be arranged twice, namely between each individual plate a and b and the partition J.
A part board that is more durable for frequent use is obtained if a metal insert i (FIGS. 8, 9) is inserted into the partition f. The individual plates a, b, which are tied into the bales as headboards, can consist of unprocessed boards that are easy to manufacture and therefore make tying the bales cheaper.
You can of course use several narrow boards le (Fig. 9), which are fitted into corresponding recesses in the partition f, instead of whole individual boards the size of the partial board.
