Part board with channels for introducing the bale binder for baling presses. Part boards for strobe presses with hand binding are known, which help free transverse channels in the pressed material that is pressed together so that the binding agent to be used can easily be passed through them by means of a needle. After you accidentally and pushing out the bales, these part boards fall out between the bales and can easily be used again.
If, on the other hand, crochets and other short-fiber material are to be pressed in baling presses, it is necessary to laterally delimit the bales by means of headboards or head rails in order to achieve evenly shaped bales. The subject of the present invention is now a for baling presses for short-fiber material, in particular Meksel, certain part board, which consists of two or more Bailenkopribretten that are united by an easy, detachable connection, 'and has channels for the implementation of the bale binding agent .
Some examples of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. In the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, two wooden headers a, b are each provided with two transverse grooves c, which are produced by milling the ffolzboards. In the one of the two head boards, silences are arranged on two opposite ows, which engage in corresponding holes in the other board and in this way bring about a connection between the two boards.
Fig. 3 shows a part board which consists of two metal plates a, b, in which the grooves C are formed by pressing or pressing. The connection of these plates can be done by conical pegs of the one plate, which are eiiiiiretelin in endspreuliemde conical depressions of the other i-ii platle.
It is advisable to attach the grooves e to the head clamps a, b instead of them in the nopfhvelter in strips d (Fig. 4) and to fix these strips d to the -Ne (1 - 1 verhin i11) - is arranged in the bars (1 ai). Since durrli the Kaufilp c in the so far be written Ansfübrungsforrnen of the part wide sovrold the binding agent for the preceding, as well as for the following the bale is pulled through,
Thus, at the length of these channels c, a confusion or looping of the binding agent should arise. In order to avoid this disadvantage, the channels c are divided into two different ways by an intermediate wall f (see the examples in Fig. 5, 6 and 7) and in the attached headboards a, b (Fig. 5), or on both sides in the intermediate wall f (Fig. 6) or in both headboards and also on both sides in the partition (Fig. 7) two Kainäilieil fi, li are provided. The pin and hole connection will be arranged inatiigiirmeiziss between each, headboards a and b and the partition wall f.
A part board that is durable for frequent use is obtained if a metal insert i Wig in the wooden partition i. 8, 9) is used. For this purpose, the partition f is sawn through in the middle and the metal insert is connected to these parts by nails or visual screws. The headboards a, b, which are tied into the bales, can consist of unprocessed boards that are simply covered with skins and thus make binding the bales cheaper.
Zn Instead of the head board in the size of the part board, one can of course also arrange two or more similar boards on each soap of the partition wall f (Fig. 9), which are made of similarly shaped outsides in the partition wall f be included.
