  Aufklappbarer Notsitz für Kraftwagen u. dgl. 



   Aufklappbare Notsitze, die mit Hilfe eines am Traggestell angeordneten Schlitzlagers in die Gebrauchslage geklappt werden können, wobei die Tragstütze des Sitzes von einem vorderen und hinteren Widerlager gehalten wird, um den Sitz gegen Vor-und Rückwärtskippen zu sichern, sind bekannt. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft einen aufklappbaren Notsitz solcher Art, welcher sich bei einfacherer Bauart durch eine erhöhte Standfestigkeit bzw. Sicherheit gegen beiderseitiges Kippen auszeichnet. 



   Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform eines solchen Notsitzes, und zwar in Fig. i und 2 denselben aufgeklappt in Vorder-bzw. Seitenansicht, Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch das Drehlager, Fig. 4 den Grundriss bei abgenommenen Sitz und Fig. 5 den Notsitz zusammengeklappt in Seitenansicht. a ist das in bekannter Weise aus zwei Stützen gebildete Traggestell, welches an beiden Seiten unten je eine Schlitzführung b besitzt und oben den Sitz c trägt. Die beiden Stützen sind mit ihren Schlitzen b um die im Boden des Fahrzeuges versenkt und wagrecht angeordneten Schraubenbolzen   d   drehbar. Mit dem Traggestell a starr verbunden ist die Lagerscheibe e, in welcher die auf der Unterseite des Sitzes c angeordnete Drehplatte f gelagert ist.

   Diese Drehplatte f wird, wie bekannt, in der mit Rasten k versehenen Lagerscheibe e   (Fig. 3) durch   den Drehbolzen g festgehalten. In der Drehplatte f ist eine Sperrnase h angeordnet, welche durch die Streckfeder i nach aussen gedrückt wird. Beim Drehen der   Drehplatte f federt   die Sperrnase h zurück und gestattet die Drehung des Sitzes um Vierteldrehungen, wobei sie jeweils unter dem Druck der Streckfeder i in die betreffende Rast k einschnappt und damit den Sitz in der jeweils eingestellten Lage festhält. Der ganze Drehmechanismus liegt im Sitz c und ist daher von oben nicht sichtbar. Zur Vervollständigung des Sitzes dient die umlegbare Rückenlehne m. 



   Gemäss der Erfindung sind im Boden, und zwar unterhalb der Lagerbolzen   d   nasenartige Widerlager n angeorndet. gegen welche sich die Schlitzführungen b der Tragrahmen a mit ihren vorderen Stirnflächen legen, während die hinteren an der Bodenaussparung anliegen. Auf diese Weise ist der Sitz (siehe Fig. 2) nach vorn und rückwärts gegen Kippen gesichert. Im Boden ist ferner beiderseits die Aussparung o angebracht, in welch letztere sich das Traggestell a beim Umklappen des Sitzes legt.

   Foldable emergency seats which can be folded into the position of use with the aid of a slot bearing arranged on the support frame, the support bracket of the seat being held by a front and rear abutment to secure the seat against tilting back and forth, are known.



   The invention relates to a foldable emergency seat of this type which, with a simpler design, is characterized by increased stability or security against tilting on both sides.



   The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of such an emergency seat, namely in FIGS. Side view, FIG. 3 a section through the pivot bearing, FIG. 4 the floor plan with the seat removed and FIG. 5 the emergency seat folded up in side view. a is the support frame formed in a known manner from two supports, which has a slot guide b on both sides below and the seat c above. The two supports can be rotated with their slots b around the screw bolts d sunk in the floor of the vehicle and arranged horizontally. The bearing disk e, in which the rotary plate f arranged on the underside of the seat c is mounted, is rigidly connected to the support frame a.

   This rotary plate f is, as is known, held in the bearing disk e (FIG. 3) provided with notches k by the rotary pin g. A locking lug h is arranged in the rotary plate f and is pressed outward by the extension spring i. When the rotary plate f is rotated, the locking lug h springs back and allows the seat to be rotated by quarter turns, whereby it snaps into the relevant detent k under the pressure of the extension spring i and thus holds the seat in the set position. The entire rotating mechanism is located in seat c and is therefore not visible from above. The folding backrest m serves to complete the seat.



   According to the invention, nose-like abutments n are arranged in the ground below the bearing bolts d. against which the slot guides b of the support frame a lay with their front end faces, while the rear ones rest against the floor recess. In this way, the seat (see Fig. 2) is secured against tipping forwards and backwards. In the floor, the recess o is also attached on both sides, in which the latter the support frame a lies when the seat is folded down.
