Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

  As a bracelet, umbrella ring, etc. suitable ring.

   Bracelets have already become known which are composed of two semicircular bent sheet metal tubes which are held together by a resilient device arranged within the latter. With these bracelets, however, the introduction or attachment of the resilient device is cumbersome. Furthermore, it is not new to bracelets. to use an annularly closed, helically wound spring in its cavity, through which the bracelet is elastically drawn together. Such bracelets consist either of a loosely braided and therefore widely expandable ring-shaped tube or of a large number of slidably interlocking members which together form a ring.

   However, these two types of bracelets have the disadvantage that when they are pulled together, as a result of spring action, the braided meshes or the gaps between the bracelet links close and the skin on the wrist of the bracelet wearer is wrapped in the process. According to the present invention, the abuses listed are made in an extremely simple and expedient manner. u. Zw. solved by the fact that the bracelet consists of two semicircular bent sheet metal tubes and a freely movable ring-shaped closed coil spring inserted in their cavity, so it consists of just three easily dismantled or assembled parts.

   The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, u. Between Fig. 1 shows a bracelet in the state of use and Fig. 2 shows the same in the expanded state.

   The bracelet consists of two semicircular bent sheet metal tubes 1, 2, in the cavity of which a helically wound, annularly closed spring 3 is inserted freely movable.

   The three components 1, 2, 3 that make up the bracelet are easy to assemble, whereupon the two ends of the spring, e.g. B. by means of a thread are connected to each other. After solving the latter, the bracelet can just as easily be dismantled.
