Abstract

In a process and arrangement for producing an impervious and flexible tubular press shell, a liquid plastics mixture is poured over an endless, porous reinforcing belt 10 which runs over two mutually parallel rollers 27, 28. Immediately downstream of the point where the pouring jet strikes the reinforcing belt, a suction nozzle 12 is located on the underside thereof.
