Abstract
PURPOSE: Liquid raw material is discharged onto the layered surface without any splash at all by changing the layered liquid raw material in its direction under a guide of the smooth surface and by expanding it during its passage through the smooth surface to a film layered diverging pattern.
CONSTITUTION: Liquid raw material P such as polyurethane resin etc. is supplied to the inlet 2 of the main body 1 of the nozzle, the raw material P is made to form a layered flow in the hollow cavity 3, thereafter the raw material P of layered flow having the same flow rate as that of the hollow cavity 3 is discharged from the opening 5 communicating with the inner wall 3a of the hollow cavity by an application of the feeding pressure onto the smooth surface 6a of the direction change-over plate 6, the raw material P is expanded to form a diverging film layered flow during its movement upon the smooth surface 6a and then discharged from the leading end 6b of the plate 6 onto the layered surface 7 moving at a specified speed.
