Abstract

An in-the-ear hearing aid has an otoplasty element (16) with a face plate (12) closing it off. Arranged on the face plate is a decorative element (28) which is designed in two parts. A base plate is connected mechanically, for example locked, to the face plate (12), and a cover plate (32) is connected pivotally to the base plate (30) by means of a pivot pin (34).
