Abstract

A waste outlet fitting has a housing (1) with a threaded rod (4), for fixing in an opening (71) in a fitting panel (7), and an apertured pressure plate which is pushed onto the threaded rod and clamped by a nut against the underside of the panel. The pressure plate has a continuous outer periphery forming an annular face for seating on the panel and has one or more further openings.
