Abstract

1. Metal-forming press for the production of pressed parts, this press possessing at least one ejector arrangement for ejecting the pressed parts from a female die (2), the principal components of this ejector arrangement being an ejector pin (6) which can be moved into the female die (2) and an actuating link-system which comprises an actuating lever (7) for applying a force to the ejector pin (6), a driving lever (12), connected to the drive mechanism of the metal-forming press, and a connecting rod (11), connecting the two levers (7, 12), the driving lever (12) having, in part, the shape of an arc (13) of a circle, and the coupling rod (11) being pivotably attached, in the region of the arc (13) of a circle, via a sliding piece (14), while the actuating lever (7) and the driving lever (12) are arranged in a manner such that when the ejector is at its full stroke, the centre of the arc (13) of a circle coincides with the point at which the coupling rod (11) is pivotably attached to the actuating lever (7), characterized by a stop-pin (25) which can be adjusted by means of a motor and acts as a stop for the actuating lever (7), by an adjusting motor (20) which is installed on the driving lever (12) for the purpose of shifting the sliding piece (14) on the arc (13) of a circle, and by a power-driven locking device (15) for the sliding piece (14).
