Abstract

Concerne un procédé de production d'interleukine-2 humaine, et son utilisation pour le traitement et la prévention de maladies. L'interleukine-2 humaine est produite dans une cellule de mammifère contenant un vecteur recombinant comprenant un vecteur et une séquence ADN codant pour l'interleukine-2 humaine et une séquence peptide signal comprenant un gène codant pour l'interleukine-2 humaine et une séquence peptide signal dans laquelle les séquences 5' non codantes du gène ont été remplacées par des séquences 5' non codantes hétérologues. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation d'une composition phamaceutique contenant cette interleukine-2 humaine et les compositions pharmceutiques elles-memes.
