Abstract
L'invention concerne un condensateur à corps céramique présentant des phases multiples de titanate de baryum. On mélange des poudres de deux compositions de titanate de baryum ayant des températures de Curie très disparates avec une moindre quantité d'un fondant au borate et d'un inhibiteur de frittage. On forme un corps (10) de ce mélange de poudres de départ. Au cours du frittage jusqu'à maturité à environ 1100 degrés C, le corps de condensateur (10) ne subit qu'une co-réaction partielle et a une constante diélectrique d'environ 2000, qui ne varie pas de plus d'environ 15% dans un large intervalle de températures de travail. Ces propriétés dépendent peu des conditions de frittage, ce qui permet une bonne maitrise lors de la production.
