Abstract

La présente invention concerne un produit comprenant une feuille de verre (1) qui contient du sodium mais a subi un traitement de désalcalinisation superficielle par exemple dans une chambre (4) contenant un gaz acide avant le dépot d'un revêtement par pyrolyse. Après dépôt du revêtement, une couche superficielle de la feuille de verre de 1 micromètre d'épaisseur présente un déficit de sodium d'au moins 5 mgr Na+ par m2, vis à vis du contenu en sodium d'une couche immédiatement sous-jacente. La feuille de verre ainsi revêtue présente une stabilité mécanique et chimique élevées.
