Abstract

La présente invention concerne la synthèse peptidique en phase solide. Selon cette invention la synthèse peptidique en phase solide est réalisée sur des résines polyacryliques (comme celles décrites dans les Brevets Européens No. 0 079 842 et No. 0 081 408) par un procédé englobant dans le protocole de couplage des étapes de lavage de la résine dans l'eau et/ou une solution aqueuse.
