Abstract
La présente invention concerne essentiellement une séquence nucléotidique codant pour le précurseur du facteur de croissance transformant beta 2. Selon l'invention, cette séquence nucléotidique comprend la séquence codante de nucléotides sensiblement telle que représentée à la figure 1a depuis environ le résidu de nucléotide numméro 1 jusqu'à environ le résidu de nucléotide numéro 1326. L'invention trouve application notamment dans la production en grande quantité du facteur de croissance transformant beta 2.
