Abstract

Un trépan de forage de terre comporte un rechargement dur comportant des types de couches multiples et une partie à chevauchement. Une des couches est d'un type diférent de l'autre, de sorte à assurer une résistance accrue à l'usure. L'autre couche présente une plus grande ténacité que la couche résistante à l'usure. La couche plus résistante à l'usure a une densité volumétrique de particules de carbure accrue. La densité accrue est assurée pour l'essentiel en utilisant une majeure partie des particules de dimension réduite par rapport à celle des particules dans la couche de rechargement dur moins résistante à l'ususre. La partie à chevauchement peut être agencée sur une extrémité externe ou une extrémité de font de taille de la rangée externe des dents.
