Riveted assembly of several current conducting components with the insulator that supports them

Lante is felt very annoyingly since it decreases the compression necessary to maintain contact, so that sparking and oxidation occurs at the contact surfaces which ultimately determine the formation of an insulating surge, and consequently an interruption of the current.
The present invention overcomes these drawbacks in that the compression is no longer absorbed by the insulating material but by metal supports applied in a suitable manner.
This device can be produced in several ways, for example by giving the rivet a stepped shape, so that the annular surface formed at the location of the floor serves as a supporting surface for the parts of the floor. contact compressed against each other by riveting, or by inserting between the rivet and the insulating material an auxiliary part in the form of a sleeve, so that the clamping of the rivet is absorbed by this sleeve .
Fig. 1 shows the first embodiment. c is the support made up of an insulating material, a and b are two current conductor bars that the riveting of the head d compresses against the bearing surface ± of the stepped rivet f.
The larger head ± is formed only second.
