La présente demande de breveta pour objet un fixe fenêtre comportant une pièce faisant office de verrou ,s'adaptant au battant ou partie mobile de la fenêtre et d'autre part une autre pièce fixe en forme de secteur se fixa-nt sur le chassie de la fenêtre etcomportant un certain nombre de perforations correspondant à différents angles d'ouverture de la fenêtre, et dans lesquelles peut s'introduire l'extrémité du verrou.
Afin de mieux faire ressortir l'exposé ci-dessus, les des- sins annexés représentent:

En se reportant aux fig. ci-dessus la pièce mobile se fixant a sur le battant de la fenêtre se compose d'une plaque de fixation
I munie d'une douille 2 dans laquelle coulisse une tige et entre la partie supérieure de laquelle et un épaulement de la tige est disposé un ressort de rappel 12, La partie supérieure de la douille 2 comporte, une saillie ou ressaut 2 muni latéra- lement d'une rampe hélicoïdale ± contre laquelle s'applique et peut se déplacer une rampe correspondante du bouton de manoeu- vre 7 fixé sur l'extrémité de la tige.
La pièce fixe se compose d'une plaque de fixation.2 s'adap- tant au châssis b de la fenêtre et qui est munie d'un bras cur- viligne 4 comportant une série de perforations 10.

13.Comme représenté aux fig.1,2,3, le battant!. est immobilisé en raison de ce que le verrou ou tige .2 estengagé dans une perforation 10 du bras 1 solidaire de la plaque 3 fixée au chas- sis b de la fenêtre.
Si l'on désire fixer le battant de la fenêtre dans une position angulaire déterminée, on lève le bouton 1 qui en glis- sant par sa douille 8 sur la paroi hélicoïdale 6 dégage la tige .2 et vient s'appuyer par sa face 14 ,sur la face correspondante ±.5.
Cette manoeuvre a ainsi pour but de maintenir le verrou le- vé et conséquemment de permettre de donner au battant de la fenêtre, la position angulaire voulue.
Une fois celle-ci obtenue, on tourne le bouton 2 qui en retombant automatiquement ,engage l'extrémité de sa tige 9, dans l'ouve rture 10 choisie .
On peut ei on le désire supprimer le ressort 12 et laisser alors retomber le verrou par son propre poids dans l'une des perforations 10.
On conçoit ainsi aisément le fonctionnement du fixe-fenêtre envisagé, tel que décrit et représenté. Il va de soi que l'objet de l'invention peut se construire en toute matiète et dimensions @

The present patent application relates to a fixed window comprising a part acting as a lock, adapting to the casement or movable part of the window and on the other hand another fixed part in the form of a sector is fixed on the chassie of the window and comprising a number of perforations corresponding to different opening angles of the window, and into which the end of the lock can be inserted.

Referring to fig. above the movable part which attaches to the window sash consists of a fixing plate
