 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

   L'invention est représentée sur le dessin ;

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 4>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 5>

  ARRANGEMENT OF ROTARY PULLING MACHINES
The present invention relates to an arrangement of rotary drafting machines in which the bottle to be filled is washed automatically so that the filling pipe is introduced into the bottle and the latter is brought to press against the bottle. mouth.of the filling pipe.

  Usually this is done by the rollers linked to the bottle tables running on a fixed and annular guide provided with a deep descent. The purpose of this arrangement is either to prevent, when a bottle is lifted towards the filling pipe, a bottle breakage occurs, the neck hitting against the lower end of the filling pipe, or to obtain , squeezing the bottle with great force in its uppermost position against the mouth of the fill pipe, a great density between the mouth and the neck.

   For this purpose the roller and also the bottle table are, according to the present invention, set in motion by a long and very thin coil spring, which during the rotation of the machine constantly seeks to lift said parts upwards. . This, however, is prevented at times by the annular guide, which according to the present arrangement is interrupted in two places, so that it consists of two parts separated by an open space. One of the said parties is for- @

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 viewed from a deep descent and the ends of the guide part are directed obliquely upwards, while the ends of the other guide part are directed obliquely downwards.

   This has the effect that, if the neck of the bottle placed on the bottle table during its lifting by the long spring hits against the lower end of the filling pipe, this will prevent the spring from lifting the roller, which normally runs. on the lower side of the end of the first guide part directed obliquely upwards. As a consequence and as a result of the rotation of the machine the roller will be carried from the last guide part and will enter under the second guide part, so that the latter will not act on the roller, and therefore It will be avoided that the bottle is clamped between the filling pipe and the bottle table.

  If, on the other hand, the filling pipe enters exactly into the neck, said long spring will lift the roller and by the rotation of the machine the latter will raise the oblique ends of the second guide part and will therefore be lifted later. , so that the bottle table and at the same time the bottle is lifted towards the mouthpiece and this in such a height that a strong spring placed under the bottle table will be stretched and causes that the pressure against the mouthpiece becomes elastic pressure and allows that bottles of different heights can be brought to tightly squeeze the mouthpiece.

   The invention is shown in the drawing;
Fig. 1 shows the machine seen from the side, certain details having been removed, FIG. 2 shows a detail on a large scale and partly divided by a vertical section, FIG. 3 shows a section on a line a-b of fig. 2 top view.

   The machine which is of a known kind is placed on @

 <Desc / Clms Page number 3>

 a base 1, on which there is a frame 2 as well as a pipe rotating around a shaft that cannot be seen, pipe which is slowly rotated by the motor not shown of the machine. Slightly below the plinth 1 there is a table support 4 at the fixed connection with the pipe 3 and on the pipe 3 there is also a draft tank 5 with draft pipes 6 and 7.

  Just below each of these is a bottle table 8, carried and held in position in the following way: On the table support 4 is, as shown in fig. 2, as many distribution boxes 10 as there are bottle tables 8. Each of these is supported by a guide rod 11, which carries at the bottom a guide piston 13 easily movable in a pipe 12, while that above in the pipe 12 there is a guide sleeve 14 around the guide rod 11. The pipe 12 is easily adjustable in a rudder 17 in the form of a pipe, provided with oblong holes 15 and 16 and placed in the box distribution 10. The pipe 12 also carries a bearing 18 placed through the pipe, which bearing passes through the holes 15 and 16 and which carries a shaft 19.

  At its ends 20 and 21 are easily rotating rollers 22 and 23; the latter is located just in front of the guide strips 24 which are placed in the distribution box 10 and can, when the roller 23 touches the two guide battens 24, prevent the pipe 12 from turning in the rudder 17, while that, however, the pipe 12 is easily pushed up and down therein. Between the piston 13 and the bearing 18 there is in the pipe 12 a strong coil spring 25, the purpose of which is due to its tension to hold the piston 13 in the raised position and thereby the guide rod 11 as well as the bottle table 8 , as shown in fig. 2.

   Also the bearing 18 and the parts joined together like the pipe 12, the spring 25, the piston 13, the guide rod 11 and the bottle table 8 are constantly weakly influenced to be lifted. This is due to the fact that in a lobe 28 on the bearing 18 a spring,

 <Desc / Clms Page number 4>

 very long and very thin coil 29 is fixed, which is mounted in a pipe 30 rising from the distribution box 10.

   At the top of the pipe 30 the long spring 29 is, by means of a bolt 31 with nut 32, fixed in an adjustable manner to a cap 33 below the pipe 30. This further carries an adjustable form. , using a screw 35, an annular clamp
36 which is located just below the mouthpieces 37 placed on the draw pipes 6 and 7, and to which the clamp 36 can serve as a stop and prevent the mouth 37 from descending too much from the draw pipe 7.

   The frame 2 carries, as shown in fig. 1, on crampons 40 an annular guide consisting of two parts
41 and 42, of which the ends 43 and 44 of the part 41 are curved at the top, while the ends 45 and 46 of the part
42 are curved at the bottom, so that, between the ends 43,45 respectively 44,46, there are open spaces between the guide parts 41 and 42. These, moreover, are at different depths under the table support 4, the guide part 41 at the ends 43 and 44 curved at the top being much lower towards the base 1 than the guide part 42 at the ends 45 and 46 curved at the bottom.

   If the table support 4, as indicated above, is rotated by the motor of the machine, the roller 22 runs along the two parts 41 -and 42 of the annular guide of the following form, the roller 22 is located below the guide part 41, while the bottle table 8, as shown in FIG. 2, is in a lowered position, in which position a bottle 50 is introduced on the bottle table. When the motor rotates, the roller 22; due to the tension of the spring 29, the oblique end 43 will rise and the spring 29 will lift the bottle towards the draw pipe 6. If the latter entered exactly into the neck, nothing prevents the spring 29 from lifting the bottle. roller 22 so high that it is carried below the guide end 43 curved at the top.

   By there the

 <Desc / Clms Page number 5>

 roller 22 will, by the continued rotation of the machine, be brought up to the upper side of the guide part 42. At the same time the bottle 50 will be lifted towards the mouth 37 and, as a result of the spring 25, elastically pressed therein Si, on the other hand, the lower end of the draw pipe 6 meets the neck of the bottle 50 this will have the effect that the spring 29 will not be able to lift the bottle and the roller 22, and for this reason the latter, at the continuous rotation of the machine, will enter under the end 45 curved at the bottom of the guiding part 42, and will then no longer lift the bottle table 8; in this case the bottle 50 would be squeezed and broken.
