  Procédé pour la séparation d'huiles. 



   Il est difficile de traiter d'autres huiles que les huiles à gaz (gasôle) par les procédés connus de cracking au moyen d'un bain de métal en fusion. 



   Les huiles de goudron de houille, de goudron de lignite, de schiste, les huiles brutes et d'autres produits contien- nent des matières donnant lieu d'une part à des obstructions et d'autre part à des pressions élevées dans les récipients à réactions. Ces produits contiennent principalement des rési- nes, de la benzine, de l'eau et des matières analogues. Si l'on introduit dans le récipient à réaction des huiles rési- neuses, tous les sièges de soupapes s'encrassent rapidement et la marche de l'appareil devient irrégulière.

   Si l'huile contient de la benzine, il se produit brus- quement de fortes élévations de pression qui sont dangereuses pour l'appareil et le même danger se présente lorsque l'huile contient de l'eau. 



   On a trouvé que l'on peut traiter aussi de telles huiles en marche continue si l'on procède comme suit: 
Les matières brutes sont pompées du réservoir et condui- tes à travers quelques organes de retenue dans le séparateur d'asphalte où la séparation de la résine et le départ de la benzine et de l'eau sont produits par une distillation à la pression ordinaire ou sous une légère surpression ou dépres- sion. L'huile raffinée est ensuite dirigée dans le récipient à réaction. Au moyen de soupapes on peut régler la quantité de matière première de telle manière qu'elle corresponde exactement aux besoins du récipient à réaction.

  1. - :- REVENDICATION - :- ------------ Procédé pour la séparation d'huiles caractérisé en ce qu'on introduit d'abord la matière première dans le séparateur d'asphalte et qu'ensuite on conduit l'huile raffinée au ré- cipient à réaction.
