La présente invention est relative aux cintres pour portevêtements et autres pièces d'habillement dans les garde-robes, coffres à vêtements et similaires, ces cintres étant munis d'un dispositif de suspension destiné à coopérer avec un support convenable ayant en règle générale la forme d'un rail ou d'une barre disposés au-dessus.
Jusque présent le dispositif de suspension, généralement en forme de crochet muni d'une longue tige, a été fixé au cintre d'une telle manière que la distance de ce orochet au-dessus du cintre était fixe, et qu'un espace considérable séparait le cintre du dessus de l'armoire ou de la paroi de la case de vestiaire.Cet espace n'est pas toujours! nécessaire et ne peut pas être utilisé, ce qui constitue un grave inoonvénient, en particulier dans les coffres à vêtements ou malles-armoires dans lesquels l'espace

total est limité, Le but de la présente invention est de prévoir des moyens simples et efficaces, grâce auxquels l'espace perdu entre le dessus des ointres et le dessus de la garde-robe, ou entre le dessus des cintres et le dessus ou la paroi des cases de vestiaire ou malles-armoires peut être évité.
Suivant l'invention un cintre porte-vêtements est muni dtun dispositif de suspension destiné à être réglé par rapport à ce ointre pour s'élever à des distances différentes au-dessus du bord supérieur de ce dernier. L'espace libre ménagé entre le dessus du cintre en usage et le plafond de la garde-robe ou le dessus du coffre à vêtements ou malle-armoire peut donc être modifié suivant les nécessités.
Le dispositif de suspension, qui peut avoir la forme d'un crochet, peut être fixé au cintre par un dispositif de liaison à broche et fente, cette fente pouvant comporter deux ou plusieurs branches, encoches ou évidements, dont chaoun peut entrer en prise avec la dite broche de telle manière que le dispositif de suspension ou crochet puisse être réglé pour faire saillie à des distances différentes au-dessus du ointre, suivant les nécessités, et ce par le fait quton engage la broche dans des branches, encoches ou évidements différents.
La fig.I du dessin annexé est une élévation latérale d'un cintre porte-vêtements muni d'un crochet de suspension réglé suivant la présente invention, ce crochet étant fixé au cintre par une liaison à broche et fente dont cette dernière ménagée dans le porte-crochet, est à deux branches. Le dispositif de suspension à crochet est représenté dans sa position la plus basse, et une des plaquettes latérales formant carter de guidage du crochet est enlevée.
La fig.2 est une élévation latérale du cintre avec son crochet rabattu autour de la broche pour permettre l'accrochage sur une barre ou un rail disposés au-dessus,

D'après les figs. Ce dispositif de suspension qui peut aussi bien être fait d'une matière convenable quelconque, par exemple matière plastique, tôle, ou fibre, présente une forme aplatie de telle sor te qu'il puisse se déplacer librement à l'intérieur du carter 3 du ointre, entre les deux plaquettes 2,

A cet effet, la partie centrale du dispo sitif de suspension * est munie d'une fente étroite 7. ayant le profil d'un crochet renversé et oomprenant une paire de branches divergentes 7a et 7b. Dans cette fente 7 s'engage une broche transversale 8 ou un rivet traversant les plaquettes antérieure et postérieure 2 du cintre. La disposition est prévue de telle manière que, lorsque la broche 8 se trouve à l'extrémité inférieur re de la branche 7b de la fente, le crochet 1 fasse saillie d'une certaine distance au-dessus du bord supérieur du ointre 1, tandis que, lorsque la broche $ s'engage dans l'extrémité inférieure de l'autre branche 7a de la fente, le crochet 1 du dispositif de suspension est abaissé et ne fait saillie que d'une faible distance au-dessus du bord supérieur du cintre.

Dans la variante que montre la fig.5 du dessin, le cintre 1 est muni d'un dispositif de suspension ± dans lequel est ménagée une fente 7 à trois branches divergentes 7a, 7b, et 7c, dont les extrémités sont verticalement espacées l'une de l'autre, et dans cette fente s'engage une broche 8 s'étendant entre les deux plaquettes latérales 2 du cintre 1, comme dans la disposition précé@ demment décrite. Dans la position inférieure du crochet 5 (montrée en traits pleins), la broche 8 s'engage dans l'extrémité de la branche supérieure 7a de la fente, tandis que, lorsque le crochet 5 doit faire saillie aussi haut que possible au-dessus du cintre 1, la broche 8 est engagée dans l'extrémité inférieure de la branche la plus basse 7c de la fente.

REVENDICATIONS
1) Cintre porte vêtements muni d'un dispositif de suspension destiné à être réglé par rapport au cintre dans le but de faire saillie à des hauteurs différentes au-dessus du bord supérieur de ce ointre.
2) Le dispositif de suspension est relié au cintre par une liaison à fente et broche de telle manière que ce dispositif de suspension puisse être réglé par rapport au cintre à des hauteurs différentes au-dessus du bord supérieur du ointre.
