La présente invention est relative à une boîte métallique à couvercle intérieur pourvue d'un embouti en clinquant destiné à prouver que la boîte a été ouverte. 



   Dans les boites de ce genre connues, le bord de l'embouti en clinquant est serti entre le corps de la boîte et une bague qui sert de siège au couvercle. 



   La présente invention a comme objet une botte d'une fabri- cation plus simple et moins coûteuse et qui cependant permet d'assurer les mêmes avantages que les boîtes connues susdites. 



   Dans la boite suivant l'invention, l'embouti susdit est dis- posé de façon à servir de siège au couvercle intérieur assurant l'étanchéité de la boîte après ouverture de celle-ci. 



   Suivant une forme de réalisation avantageuse, l'embouti pré- sente un rebord pincé entre le corps de la boite et un rebord de   celle-ci.

   De préférence, le corps de la botte forme un bourrelet in- térieur aplati horizontalement dans lequel le rebord de l'embou- ti est pincé. 



   D'autres particularités et détails de l'invention apparat- tront au cours de la description des dessins annexés au présent mémoire, qui représentent   schématiquement,   et à titre d'exemple seulement, deux formes de réalisation de la botte métallique sui- vant l'invention. 



   La figure 1 est, dans sa moitié de gauche, une coupe verti- cale et une vue en élévation d'une première forme de réalisation avant ouverture de la boîte, tandis que dans sa moitié de droite, elle est une coupe verticale et une vue en élévation de la même boîte après ouverture de celle-ci. 



   La figure 2 représente, d'une manière analogue à la figure 1, une autre forme de réalisation de la boîte suivant l'inven- tion. 



   Dans ces deux figures, les mêmes notations de référence dé- signent des éléments identiques. 



   La boîte métallique représentée à la figure 1 comprend un corps de boîte 2 formant, à sa partie supérieure, un bourrelet intérieur 3 aplati horizontalement. Dans ce bourrelet intérieur aplati est pincé un rebord 4 que présente un embouti 5 en clin- quant. Cet embouti est disposé de façon à servir de siège à un couvercle intérieur qui assure l'étanchéité de la boîte après ouverture de celle-ci.- pour faciliter cette ouverture, on a ménagé dans le fond de l'embouti en clinquant 5 une gorge 7 qu'il suffit de suivre à l'aide d'une lame pour découper le clinquant. Le couvercle in- térieur 6 présente un épaulement 8 situé de façon à rencontrer l'embouti 5 lors de l'enfoncement et, par   conséque nt,   à limiter celui-ci. 



   A la figure 2, on a représenté une boîte suivant l'inven- tion dans laquelle le corps de boîte 2 présente un peu en des-

 sous de l'endroit où le rebord 4 de l'embouti en clinquant 5 est pincé, un jonc de raidissement 9 contre l'intérieur duquel la paroi latérale de l'embouti 5 est appliquée. 



   Comme on peut le constater, grâce à la disposition choisie pour l'embouti en clinquant, on obtient de la boîte suivant l'in- vention le même usage qu'avec les boites connues pourvues d'une bague servant de siège pour le couvercle intérieur, bien que cet- te bague n'existe pas dans la boîte suivant l'invention. 



   REVENDICATIONS. 



   1. Botte métallique à couvercle intérieur pourvue d'un em- bouti en clinquant destiné à prouver que la boîte a été ouverte, caractérisée en ce que l'embouti susdit est disposé de façon à servir de siège au couvercle intérieur assurant l'é- tanchéité de la boîte après ouverture de celle-ci.

The present invention relates to a metal box with an inner lid provided with a foil stamping to prove that the box has been opened.



   In known boxes of this type, the edge of the foil stamping is crimped between the body of the box and a ring which serves as a seat for the cover.



   The object of the present invention is a boot which is simpler and less expensive to manufacture and which nevertheless makes it possible to ensure the same advantages as the aforementioned known boxes.



   In the box according to the invention, the aforementioned stamping is arranged so as to serve as a seat for the inner cover ensuring the sealing of the box after opening the latter.



   According to an advantageous embodiment, the stamping has a rim clamped between the body of the box and a rim of the latter.

   Preferably, the body of the boot forms a horizontally flattened inner bead in which the rim of the seam is clamped.



   Further features and details of the invention will become apparent from the description of the drawings appended hereto, which show schematically, and by way of example only, two embodiments of the metallic boot according to invention.



   Figure 1 is, in its left half, a vertical section and an elevational view of a first embodiment before opening of the box, while in its right half, it is a vertical section and a view. in elevation of the same box after opening it.



   FIG. 2 represents, in a manner analogous to FIG. 1, another embodiment of the box according to the invention.



   In these two figures, the same reference notations denote identical elements.



   The metal box shown in FIG. 1 comprises a box body 2 forming, at its upper part, an internal bead 3 flattened horizontally. Into this flattened inner bead is clamped a rim 4 which is presented by a stamping 5 in foil. This stamping is arranged so as to serve as a seat for an internal cover which seals the box after opening the latter. To facilitate this opening, a groove has been made in the bottom of the stamped by tinsel 5. 7 that just follow with a blade to cut the foil. The inner cover 6 has a shoulder 8 located so as to meet the stamping 5 during the depression and, consequently, to limit the latter.



   In Figure 2, there is shown a box according to the invention in which the box body 2 has a little below

 beneath where the rim 4 of the foil stamping 5 is pinched, a stiffening ring 9 against the inside of which the side wall of the stamping 5 is applied.



   As can be seen, thanks to the arrangement chosen for the foil stamping, the same use is obtained from the box according to the invention as with the known boxes provided with a ring serving as a seat for the inner cover. , although this ring does not exist in the box according to the invention.



   CLAIMS.



   1. Metal boot with inner cover provided with a foil embossing intended to prove that the box has been opened, characterized in that the aforesaid embossment is arranged so as to serve as a seat for the inner cover ensuring the e- tightness of the box after opening it.

2. Metal box according to claim 1, characterized in that the stamping has a clamped rim between the body of the box and a rim thereof.

3. Metal box according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the body of the box forms a horizontally flattened interior bead in which the rim of the stamping is pinched.

4. Metal box according to either of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the body of the box has a little below where the edge of the box is. bouti is pinched, a stiffening ring against the inside of which the side wall of the stamping is applied.

5. Metal boot according to one or the other of the preceding claims, characterized in that the stamping has a shoulder located so as to limit its depression.
