<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

REVENDICATIONS.

"Toilet paper combined with a graphic representation".
The present invention relates to a toilet paper combined with a graphic representation such as text, a drawing or the like.
It has long been known to provide toilet paper, either in the form of a strip of detachable sheets, or in separate sheets, a text or a printed inscription, generally of an advertising nature. Text and inscription are almost always printed on one side of toilet paper sheets.
Regardless of the printing process used, it will be understood that sheets of toilet paper provided with such
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
inscriptions do not in any way meet the most basic hygienic requirements.
The object of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks and to allow the insertion of texts or representations, preferably of an advertising nature, in a roll or a package of toilet paper.
To this end, to at least some of the sheets of toilet paper is added a sheet representing the above graphic representation.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the object of the invention, this toilet paper comprises, in addition to a first strip of toilet paper, a second strip comprising the aforementioned graphic representations rolled up simultaneously with the first.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, this paper comprises, next to each sheet of toilet paper, a second sheet comprising the aforementioned graphic representations.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description of a combined toilet paper with a graphic representation given below by way of non-limiting example and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the various figures, the same reference notations relate to similar elements.
Fig.l is a perspective view of a roll of toilet paper according to the invention.
Fig.3 shows a variant of the object of the invention.
Fig.3 shows another embodiment.
The toilet paper represented by these figures comprises on the one hand sheets of toilet paper 1 and, in combination therewith, sheets comprising a graphic representation, such as an advertising text, an advertisement or in general.

ral any entry which may be of use to the user.
These sheets, which can be made of the same material as the toilet paper itself, are represented by 2. It is however obvious that these sheets 3 could be made of any other material capable of receiving an advertising text or any advertisement.
It is also not necessary that this graphic representation be printed on the sheet in question.
Advertising text or the like can just as easily be printed on leaflets which are in turn sandwiched in a roll, stapled or glued to. this one.
As shown in fig. 1, the leaflets bearing the advertisement or the like form an unbroken strip which is wound up simultaneously with the strip of toilet paper and it will suffice to unwind the latter to automatically bring the strip containing the sheets to advertising character 2.
Likewise, one could intersperse in a roll of toilet paper at preferably regular distances one by one. or more of the advertising leaflets not forming an unbroken strip. Rolled up in a strip of toilet paper, these leaflets would hold perfectly in place there until such time as the unwinding of the sanitary strip t't 'the paper / put only the advertising leaflets included therein.
It will be appreciated that this embodiment does not in any way require the use of leaflets of an advertising nature constituted in a manner analogous to that of toilet paper. In fact, relatively strong sheets of paper or any other material which can be used for this purpose could be incorporated into said roll.
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
It will also be noted that in this case it may be preferable to staple or glue or fix on the toilet paper support, in any manner known per se, said sheets bearing the graphic representation.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 consists in providing one half of a strip of toilet paper with an uninterrupted series of leaflets of an advertising nature. These sheets which are bundled / are separated from the toilet paper strip by a stipple 3 can be easily detached therefrom when using the toilet paper strip. It is evident that the strip of sheet 3 does not necessarily have to be continuous and that it could be interrupted from place to place if it were necessary, and that this endless strip should not be united along its entire length to that of toilet paper. A place indentation or a dotted / in place would be sufficient to ensure that it unwinds simultaneously with the strip of toilet paper.
A variant of the embodiment which has just been described is shown in FIG. According to this variant, one of the sheets of the endless belt of toilet paper is provided with space in space, and preferably at regular intervals, with a graphic representation. This advertising text, this advertisement or: the like may be printed glued or stapled to said sheet.
In the more particular case where it is a question of toilet paper in the form of a packet of previously cut sheets, an advertising sheet is placed from time to time.
Here also it is preferable that the leaflets of an advertising nature consist of a medium which is unfit for consumption.
It should be understood that the invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described above and that many modifications

cations can be made to it, in particular as regards the form, the constitution, the number and the arrangement of the elements involved in its production without going beyond the scope of the present patent application.
