Sa conception est un moyen terme entre les châssis actuellement en service et les châssis sans bielle qui ne donnent pas de bons résultats.
Son minimum d'encombrement permet de gagner 50% sur la surface occupée dans les scieries par les autres châssis.

La machine se compose de quatre poteaux guides en fonte avec vis de commande pour la montée et la descen- te automatiques et synchronisées avec le châssis de sciage
Entre les quatre poteaux de fonte coulisse la batterie proprement dite, comprenant la démultiplica- tion des engrenages entraînés par le moteur électrique, lesquels engrenages mettent en mouvement un axe central au milieu duquel est monté un excentrique.
Ce dernier entraîne la bielle courte articulée montée sur le bras de levier réglable à son extrémité verticale inférieure, permettant ainsi une course plus ou moins longue du trait de sciage ; de plus cette batterie dépasse en tours minute les machines existantes et de ce fait augmente le rendement des châssis de sciage synchronisés avec elle.

Between the four cast iron posts slides the battery proper, comprising the reduction of the gears driven by the electric motor, which gears set in motion a central axis in the middle of which is mounted an eccentric.
The latter drives the short articulated connecting rod mounted on the adjustable lever arm at its lower vertical end, thus allowing a more or less long stroke of the kerf; moreover this battery exceeds in revolutions per minute the existing machines and therefore increases the output of the sawing frames synchronized with it.
