Ce dernier entraîne la bielle courte articulée montée sur le bras de levier réglable à son extrémité verticale inférieure, permettant ainsi une course plus ou moins longue du trait de sciage ; de plus cette batterie dépasse en tours minute les machines existantes et de ce fait augmente le rendement des châssis de sciage synchronisés avec elle.
