The invention relates to heating chambers with guide plates for the heating gases in steel stoves, heated indirectly. According to the invention, both the admissions and the evacuations of the heating gases as well as the guide plates for the said gases, necessary between these inlets and outlets, are provided in an enantiomorphic arrangement symmetrical with respect to the vertical median longitudinal plane of the cooking chamber, as is clear from fig. 1
The advantage obtained by this arrangement according to the invention resides above all in the fact that the transmission of heat to the baking chamber of the oven to be heated is more regular than in the case of the current arrangement shown in figo2, therefore, the heating chambers,
respectively the cooking chambers which receive the upper and lower heat necessary: for cooking from the heating chambers, can be considerably wider, possibly having double the width than the current chambers, without having to accept the drawbacks and difficulties with regard to the regularity of the heat distribution (heat transmission to the cooking chamber) resulting from the current arrangement shown in fig. 2,
That it is expressly specified here that the indirect heating of the furnace in itself does not represent any novelty In known manner, the heating gases which can be heated at any point and in any way, for example by means of a burner that we can imagine embedded in 1,
are sucked through the heating chambers 3.3 'in the direction of the arrows and it is absolutely irrelevant whether the aspiration is obtained in this case by a chimney or by a fan 4. fan 4, in order to be able to return the heating gases in an endless circuit the current arrangement of the inlets and outlets 5, 6 of the heating gases and of the guide plates 7 for the heating gases and necessary between the said inlets and evacuations, emerges from fig. 2. In opposition to the arrangement according to the invention emerging from figo1, here the arrangement is not enantiomcrphically symmetrical with respect to the vertical median longitudinal plane '1-1. partial flows of the heating gas,
Puisque suivant l'invention, c'est-à-dire à la fig.1, les admissions et évacuations 5,5' et 6,6' des gaz de chauffe, ainsi que les tôles de gui- dage 7;
Partial currents resulting from the presence of the guide plates 7 appear in a particularly unpleasant and disadvantageous manner in the transverse direction of the heating chamber, respectively of the cooking chamber, and this, very particularly when the heating chambers, respectively the baking chambers (of which obviously several can be arranged one above the other in the same oven) must have a relatively large width
Since according to the invention, that is to say in FIG. 1, the inlets and outlets 5.5 'and 6.6' of the heating gases, as well as the guide plates 7;
