Description

The present invention relates to three-phase magnetic circuits for electrical induction devices such as transformers and more particularly to those which use crystal-oriented magnetic sheets.

Forms of magnetic circuits have already been proposed with the three cores arranged at 1200 with the yokes in a star or delta.

Among the types with a magnetic circuit with a triangular yoke, the type formed with three rolled single-phase circuits, assembled together, to constitute the complete three-phase circuit, is frequently used, for example.

However, this method of construction has serious faults because the impossibility of easy exchange of fluxes in the cores and yokes of the constituent single-phase circuits causes one. increase in flux with significant acceleration of losses In addition, the proportion of third harmonics in the

mutually bent at 10, 11 and 12 and thus formed double overlap joints. The sheet 13 which is part of a third series, is arranged on the sheet 7 parallel to the sheet 1.

Since the sheets are bent to a small radius of curvature, the length of the bent portion is small. It follows that the bending can be done after the annealing of the sheets without appreciable increase in the total losses of the circuit.

The annealing will therefore be carried out on the flat sheets, which is more interesting. However, there is always the possibility of carrying out annealing after bending the sheets.

The sheets not shown in FIG. 3 which will be added to those shown will also preferably be arranged so that a sheet of one package alternates regularly with a sheet of another package. But it would also be possible to arrange the sheets otherwise under the sole condition that they are entangled, that is to say that at least two sheets of each package include between them at least one sheet of the other package.

As shown in FIG. 4, the core is formed by two groups of bundles of sheets separated by an insulating plate 23, each group comprising a bundle of sheets 24 which rests by the edge of the sheets on the insulating plate. 23 and 25 smaller width sheet packets. At 26 is shown an insulating part, preferably of wood.

Several methods of making the three-phase magnetic circuit according to the invention are possible, FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 illustrate, by way of example, three of these methods.

FIG. 5 represents the assembly of a three-phase magnetic circuit using sheets folded in the shape of an L. The sheets of the lower yokes are first entangled, leaving the upper yokes in the extension of the core.

The coils 14, 15 and 16 are then placed on the cores and finally the sheets of the upper yoke are folded over by making their entanglement, the t8les being folded down in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the core.

FIG. 6 shows the assembly of a three-phase magnetic circuit using sheets bent in advance in the form of a U. The circuit is mounted with overlapping sheets in the cores. The upper plates 27 29, 31 are interlocked with the lower plates 28, 30, 32.

In a magnetic circuit produced according to the invention, each lower and upper yoke has the force of a triangle. In the case of the illustrated embodiments, this triangle is moreover equilateral, which presents various coimus advantages, since the yokes can optionally be given the shape of any triangle.
