La présente invention a pour objet un appareil ménager à usages multiples dans lequel on peut fixer au choix sur un boîtier portatif renfermant le moteur, différents ustensiles nécessaires ou utiles en vue de rendre les travaux de ménage, plus particulièrement les travaux de cuisine, plus simples et plus agréables.
Conformément à l'invention, l'appareil comporte un socle ,creux dans lequel pénètre un bout d'arbre du moteur muni d'outils rotatifs, de sorte que le socle forme le récipient'd'un moulin à café quand l'appareil est tenu en position renversée. De l'autre cô- té, le bottier du moteur est muni d'une .couronne d'emboîtement disposée axialement, et d'une prise de force montée sur le second bout d'arbre, tandis que les ustensiles amovibles sont pourvus d'une couronne qui forme embotture avec celle disposée sur le bottier du moteur,et d'un organe d'accouplement monté sur l'arbre de l'ustensile et disposé au centre de la couronne. Suivant l'invention, la couronne d'emboîtement d'un ustensile fait partie de l'embase d'un récipient à nervures longi- tudinales, au fond duquel tournent des couteaux de désintégration ou un disque d'émulsionnage, de manière que l'appareil, posé sur son socle, constitue un mixer ou un émulsionneur de type courant.
Dans d'autres ustensiles, la couronne d'emboîtement fait partie d'une tête dans laquelle est tourillonné un arbre prolongé.au delà de cette tête et pourvu à l'extrémité d'un outil rotatif, ou la couronne de l'ustensile fait partie d'un carter de réduction de vitesse de rotation, de manière que les outils montés sur l'arbre sortant du carter tournent à la vitesse optima. L'arbre sortant du carter est de préférence disposé à angle droit par rapport à l'arbre du moteur et porte avantageusement des outils tels que fouetteur, batteur, malaxeur ou polisseuse.
Dans un ustensile particulièrement commode, l'arbre pro- longé est logé dans un tube fixé à la tête portant la couronne et porte à son extrémité des outils tranchants, tournant dans une enceinte coaxiale, montée sur ledit tube et pourvue de deux rangées de fenêtres superposées. L'extrémité plane de l'enceinte parallèle auxrangées de fenêtres, est disposée normalement à l'axe de rotation, de manière que l'appareil puisse être posé sur le fond d'une casserole et servir à homogénéifier des préparations culinaires telles que des potages.
Entre le tube fixé à la tête portant la couronne et l'enceinte coaxiale est disposé avantageusement un déflecteur qui contribue à la création et au maintien des mouvements provoqués au sein de la préparation par l'aspiration de celle-ci à travers l'une des rangées de fenêtres et son expulsion par l'autre rangée, suscitées par les

couteaux de l'outil dressés en hélices; l'outil en retation rapide désintègre les matières solides de la préparation pendant le passage de celle-ci par l'enceinte cylindrique.
L'appareil est pourvu d'une ou plusieurs poignées, soit fixes, soit orientables, permettant un maniement aisé de l'appareil dans les différentes positions d'emploi.
Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemple plusieurs formes d'exécution de l'invention.
La figure 1 montre partie en coupe le socle de l'appareil avec le boîtier du moteur et un ustensile en position d'emboîtement pour former un mixer;
La figure 2 montre le socle avec le bottier du moteur tenu à l'envers pour former un moulin à café; la figure 3 montre un ustensile formant avec le socle un émulsionneur; les figures 4 à 6 représentent des ustensiles pourvus d'un carter à réducteur de vitesse et la figure 7 donne en coupe verticale un ustensile formant avec le socle de l'appareil tenu à l'envers un homogénéificateur de préparations culinaires.
Le socle 1 (figure 1), solidaire du bottier 2 renfermant le moteur, est creux et fermé par un couvercle 3 pourvu d'une bague en caoutchouc 4 servant d'amortisseur lorsque l'appareil est posé sur une table. Sur le bout d'arbre 5 pénétrant dans le socle est monté un outil rotatif 6, et l'autre bout d'arbre est constitué en prise de force 7 de préférence en matière isolante, placée dans la couronne d'emboîtement 8 solidaire du bottier de moteur 2.
Quand on tient le socle 1 à l'envers (figure 2), il constitue le récipient d'un moulin à café avec un outil rotatif 6 approprié, disposé dans le fond, et un couvercle 3. Dans la couronne 8 s'emboîte la couronne 9 des ustensiles avec ergots 10 s'engageant

dans une fente 11 des couronnes 8 pour solidariser les ustensiles avec le socle par une fermeture à baïonnette. Sur la figure 1, la couronne 9 fait partie d'une embase 12 portant un récipient 13 à nervures longitudinales, dans laquelle embase est tourillonné un bout d'arbre portant un organe d'accouplement 14 et des outils de désintégration 15, de sorte qu'après l'emboîtement de la couronne 9 dans la couronne 8, on obtienne un mixer de type . courant.
De même façon., on obtient un appareil émulsionneur en plaçant sur le socle 1 avec boîtier à moteur 2 une embase 12 avec verre 13 pourvue d'un disque à émulsionner 16 (figure 3)..
Les outils de certains ustensiles produisent leur meilleur effet à une vitesse différente, généralement inférieure, à la vitesse de rotation des appareils munis d'outils de désintégration ou d'émulsionnage. A cet effet, ces ustensiles possèdent un carter de réduction de vitesse 17, dans lequel l'arbre 18 avec l'organe d'accouplement 14 porte un pignon entraînant une vis sans fin 19 montée sur l'arbre 20 de l'outil qui peut constituer par exemple un fouetteur 21 (figure 4), un batteur 22 (figure 5), une polis- seuse 23 ou semblable, la vitesse de rotation pouvant être adaptée à chacun de ces outils par un choix judicieux du rapport de réduc- tion du carter 17.
Il est évidemment possible de prévoir d'autres ustensiles, tels qu'un entraîneur d'un bol de pétrin pour malaxer les pâtes, muni d'un carter à réduction de vitesse qui se monte sur l'appareil fixé lui-même sur un support approprié.
Un ustensile de très grande utilité qui sert à homogénéi- fier des préparations culinaires telles que les potages, est re- produit sur la figure 7. Dans la tête 24 avec couronne d'emboîte- ment 9 est tourillonné un arbre 25 enfermé dans un tube 26 et pour- vu à son extrémité d'un outil de désintégration 27 qui tourne dans une enceinte 28 entre deux rangées de fenêtres 29 et 30.

Cette dernière avantageusement évasée vers le bas, se pose sur le fond de la casserole et maintient l'appareil en position verticale.
L'appareil est pourvu d'une ou de plusieurs poignées fixes, orientées en vue de le tenir dans les positions requises par les différents ustensiles. On peut aussi prévoir une poignée 32 orientable (fig. 1 et 2) qui peut être repliée en position 32'.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux formes d'exécution qui ont été décrites et représentées à titre d'exemple, et on ne sortirait pas de son cadre en y apportant des modifications.
