<Desc/Clms Page number 1> La présente invention se rapporte aux boîtes pliantes servant à l'emballage de produits mous, semi-liquides et même liquides et notamment à l'emballage du savon mou. Dans les boîtes utilisées actuellement, le carton destiné à la EMI1.1 boîte est enduit d'une matière c-hô!ÉriU.6 -dn :r.Jnièrerm'::1J(hJ;v.o'irresister.au produit contenu et notamment au savon mou. Pour que le produit mou, semi-liquide ou liquide à emballer ne puisse s'infiltrer dans la tranche du carton de la patte intérieure, la tranche de la patte est enduite avec le même produit que celui formant en- duit sur le carton. Malgré cela, le produit s'infiltre entre la patte et la boîte pro- prement dite. Il en résulte qu'après un laps de temps plus ou moins long en rap- ,port avec la teneur en alcali, acide ou autre composé, le produit perce le carton dans le coin de la boite où se trouve la patte. La présente invention a pour but de remédi.er à cet inconvénient et consiste essentiellement en ce que pour le collage, on prévoit deux pat- tes juxtaposées enduites de la matière plastique et en ce que la patte se trouvant à l'extérieur dans l'ébauche est rabattue vers l'extérieur et est collée sur l'autre patte de collage après quoi le montage et le collage se poursuivent comme habituellement. Dans la réalisation de l'invention, lors du montage, la petite face rectangulaire se trouvant vers l'extérieur dans l'ébauche est collée par son bord sur la patte supplémentaire à l'extérieur de celle-ci. Les dessins sont destinés à montrer comment l'invention peut être réalisée en pratique. La figure 1 montre la boîte à plat avec ses deux pattes de collage. La figure 2 montre la boîte après rabattement et collage de la patte supplémentaire et pliage de la double patte. La figure 3 montre la boite après montage. La figure 4 est une vue explicative. Comme le montre la figure 1, la découpe de la boite comprend comme antérieurement deux éléments rectangulaires 1 et 2 destinés à former les grandes faces et deux éléments rectangulaires 3 et 4 destinés à former les petites faces. Conformément à l'invention, on prévoit pour le collage deux pattes juxtaposées 5 et 6 qui toutes deux et comme les éléments 1 à 4 sont enduites de la matière plastique. Comme indiqué en 61 sur la figure 1, la patte extérieure 6 est ra- battue vers l'extérieur et est collée sur la patte 5 puis le montage et le collage se font comme antérieurement, la face 4 étant finalement collée sur la patte 6. La figure 3 montre la boîte terminée tout à fait collée. De la figure 4 il ressort clairement que le produit mou, semi-liquide ou liquide n'est nulle part en contact avec un endroit où il n'y a pas de carton enduit. Sur cette figure 4 les enduits de collage ont été représentés en 7 et en 8.

- REVENDICATIONS.1. Boite pliante pour emballage de produits mous, semi-liquides ou liquides dont le carton est enduit d'une matière plastique pouvant résis- ter à ce produit caractérisée en ce que pour le collage on prévoit deux pattes juxtaposées enduites de la matière plastique et en ce que la patte se trouvant à l'extérieur dans l'ébauche est rabattue vers l'extérieur et est collée sur l'autre patte de collage après quoi le montage et le collage se poursuivent comme habituellement.2. Boite pliante suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que lors du montage la petite face rectangulaire se trouvant vers l'exté- rieur dans l'ébauche est collée par son bord sur la patte supplémentaire à l'extérieur de celle-ci.
