Cremone bolt control.
The subject of the invention is a two-way gear drive with opposite movements of the rods actuated by two racks.
According to the invention, the toothings of the racks are formed by pins projecting laterally on either side of a central core and engaged by a double pinion placed astride the core and serving to actuate the cremone bolt.
The central core is guided in a casing by enlarged parts of the central core. This preferably consists of two flat irons which are placed side by side close to each other to be connected by the pins and are spaced towards the housing in the guide part.
The pins are housed freely in the central core and advantageously comprise a middle ring forming a spacer piece between the two flat bars constituting the core, which considerably simplifies assembly.

The accompanying drawing shows by way of example a preferred embodiment of the invention.
Fig.1 is a longitudinal vertical section of a cremone following line 1 - 1 of Fig.2; Fig.2 is a horizontal section along the line II - II of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 a vertical section along the line III - III of Fig. 1.
The locking gear control according to the invention is shown in a box which fits into the upright of an opening and is fixed thereto by means of screws. This housing consists of a plate 1 visible from the outside, on which the side walls 2 and 3 are fixed, and the bottom wall 4 is bent on the wall 2. The racks comprising teeth formed by pins 5 which protrude on both sides from a central core 6 made up of flat bars 7, 8 brought together and placed side by side. These teeth are engaged by a double pinion 9 placed astride the core 6, forming part of a part arranged between the two racks and capable of receiving a rotational movement of a control attacking the square hole 10.
The double pinion 9 constitutes a single control of the racks which makes it possible to use a control handle centered on the casing and a displacement of the augular control section of an eighth of a turn. The pins 5 are housed freely in the core and provided with a middle ring 11 slightly separating the flat bars 7 and 8 constituting the central core 6 in line with the toothings of the racks.
The flat bars move away from one another at 12 to be guided by the walls 2 and 3. Beyond these walls, they can move apart further to form forks 13 at the ends of the plate 1. in which are hung the rods of the lock. The flat irons of 1, one of the racks are straight and slide on the plate, while those of the other rack are bent so that the part forming the central web with the toothings of the racks is guided by the wall. bottom 4 and the part separated by the walls 2 and 3 as well as by the plate.
