  Procédé de fabrication d'une imitation piqûre sellier sur des feuilles en matière plastique. 



   Jusqu'ici, la piqûre sellier, qui communique un aspect esthétique particulièrement heureux aux articles de maroquinerie) n'a pu être réalisée sur des feuilles en matière plastique. 



   Les seules coutures ou joints réalisables avec les machines de soudage haute fréquence sont des joints con-   tinus   d'un aspeot banal. 



   La présente invention a pour objectif la   crébtion   d'un procédé de réalisation d'une imitation de piqûre sellier sur les articles en matière plastique.

   Conformément à l'invention, ce résultat est obtenu- . à l'aide d'une machine de soudage haute fréquence traditionnel- le, à laquelle sont adjoints des éléments déterminés nécessaires pour la mise en pratique de l'intention. 



   : Au lieu d'utiliser une électrode traditionnelle, le procédé suivant l'invention fait appel à une électrode pré- sentant une arête pressante dentée. Cette électrode est surmon- tée d'une tête chauffante, communiquant à la matière traitée une température suffisante pour la réalisation de l'objectif poursuivi. Pour la réalisation de l'imitation de la piqûre sel- lier, la feuille destinée à recevoir cette piqûre est disposée sous une autre feuille en matière plastique, de préférence d'une teinte différente, destinée à donner naissance à la piqû- re.

   Ces deux feuilles sont placées au-dessous de l'électrode de la   machine à   souder haute fréquence, électrode à laquelle est communiquée, par une tête chauffante susceptible d'être portée à une   température.de   l'ordre de 150 C, la chaleur néces- saire pour un assemblage par points entre les deux feuilles. 



  Les zones d'assemblage correspondent à l'emplacement des dents en relief de l'électrode. 



   Sous l'action de la chaleur, la feuille superposée adhère à la feuille sous-jacente aux endroits des dents de l'électrode. Après enlèvement de l'assemblage de la machine, il suffit d'arracher la feuille supérieure de la feuille sous- jacente, pour obtenir, sur cette dernière, une imitation de piqûre sellier, d'un aspect très esthétique. 



   L'invention est maintenant décrite avec référence à une forme de réalisation représentée par le dessin.      



   La Figure unique représente schématiquement un appareil à souder haute fréquence équipé de l'électrode suivant l'invention.

   Le chiffre de référence 1 désigne l'électrode, présentant un contour en dents de scie 2 destiné à la réalisa- tion de la piqûre sellier. L'électrode 1 est surmontée d'une tête chauffante 3, susceptible de porter l'électrode 1 à la température permanente de l'ordre de 150 C. Cette tête chauffan- te 3, qui constitue une des caractéristiques de l'objet de l'in- vention, est intercalée entre l'électrode 1 et la tête de pres- sion traditionnelle 4. 



   L'article en matière plastique, à savoir dans le présent cas une feuille en matière plastique 7 destinée à être garnie d'une piqûre imitation sellier, est posé sur la plaque de support 5. Au-dessus de la feuille 7, on place une autre feuille 6 en matière plastique, de préférence d'une teinte dif- férente. 



   Pour réaliser la piqûre imitation sellier, il suffit d'abaisser la tête de pression 4 sur la structure formée par les deux feuilles 6 et 7. Sous l'action de la chaleur en- gendrée par la tête chauffante 3, la feuille 6 vient adhérer à la feuille 7 aux endroits où l'électrode 1 présente les surélévations ou   dants   2. 



   Après avoir enlevé l'ensemble assemblé des feuil- les 6 et 7, il suffit d'arracher la feuille 6 pour voir appa- raitre sur la feuille des empreintes en relief laissées par la feuille supérieure 6, aux endroits de contact des dents de l'électrode 1. 



   Il est bien entendu que la forme d'exécution ci- dessus décrite est uniquement donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif, et que d'autres formes de réalisation peuvent être imaginées par les hommes de métier.

REVENDICATIONS --------------- 1.- Procédé de réalisation d'une imitation de piqûre sellier sur des articles en matière plastique, de préfé- rence sur des feuilles en matière plastique, caractérisé par le fait que l'article en matière plastiq ue est placé sous une feuille en matière plastique, de préférence d'une autre teinte, que l'ensemble est placé dans une machine à souder haute fré- quence équipée d'une électrode à surface de pression en dents de scie, électrode qui est surmontée d'une tête chauffante, la feuille supérieure étant, après l'opération de soudage, arrachée pour laisser sur la feuille inférieure des empreintes en relief ayant l'aspect d'une piqûre sellier.
    2. - Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la tête chauffante est portée à une température de l'ordre de 150 C.
    3.- Piqûre sellier sur articles en matière plasti- que, réalisée suivant le procécé des revendications 1 et 2.
