Abstract

On prévoit un procédé pour retirer le solvant dans le courant d'asphaltène à phase lourde provenant d'un procédé d'extraction par solvant de pétrole, après que la majeure partie du solvant a été retirée par séparation par évaporation, où les asphaltènes contenant du solvant résiduel sont envoyés dans une extrudeuse chauffée (35) mise en communication avec l'atmosphère, le solvant volatilisé étant récupéré et recyclé vers le dispositif d'extraction; le produit d'asphaltène est extrudé dans un bain d'eau froide (61), fragmenté, séché et recueilli.
