Abstract

La cage de différentiel (10) comprend des parties d'extrémité (10a, 10b) définissant chacune un alésage de réception d'essieu (14, 28) et des tourillons (12,26) permettant de supporter à rotation la cage dans un carter, et une partie intermédiaire (10c) située entre les parties d'extrémité et comportant un passage de part en part (50) définissant des fenetres d'engrenage de transfert (52, 54) à chaque extrémité. Chacune de ces fenetres est définie en partie au moins par des sections de paroi de fenetre espacées (56) dans des plans de part et d'autre d'un axe de rotation (20) pour la cage. Des sections de paroi intermédiaires (58) sont situées le long du passage entre les fenetres (52, 59) dans des plans paralléles approximativement parallèles à l'axe de rotation.
